Last close: $333.07 (24 July 2026, 16:00). Minor 4 of the extended Intermediate (3) looks complete at 319.35; the primary read is a Minor fifth toward 342.5–356.8 — and notably, no valid “the top is in” count exists, because every terminal labeling of the 334.99 high fails the mechanical gate.
| Scenario | Direction | Next wave + degree | T1 | T2 | T3 | Invalidation | Probability |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| A · Minor 5 up — completes the extended Intermediate (3) | Bullish | Minor 5 (Minor) — up | 342.52 | 350.99 | 356.84 | Daily close below 319.35 (count itself void below 280.91) | 35% |
| B · Minor 4 unfinished — flat / double three, wave C down first | Bearish | Minute c of Minor 4 (Minute) — down | 318.80 | 313.87 | 300.81 | Daily close above 334.99 | 33% |
| C · Brief Minor 5 tops on the channel line, then Intermediate (4) | Bearish | Intermediate (4) (Intermediate) — down (after a brief high) | 325.61 | 313.38 | 300.01 | Sustained trade above 356.84 without a corrective break | 32% |
The premature-termination test of ew-scoring.md §6 was run: both “the top is in” labelings were drafted as candidate trees and put through validate_count.py. Both fail, and are therefore discarded rather than ranked.
Consequence: AAPL cannot validly be called topped at 334.99. Any terminal count requires a new high above 334.99 first — which is why all three surviving scenarios keep Primary ③ and Cycle III intact, and why classify_pullback(0.175) = fourth_wave_like was accepted as the primary read.
Step 0 · Base channel & trigger. Base channel fitted lower on 169.21 (8 Apr 2025) → 243.42 (20 Jan 2026), upper parallel through 288.62 (3 Dec 2025); width 57.61 pts. On 24 July the boundaries sit at 291.26 / 348.87. The prior-major-high trigger (260.10, 26 Dec 2024) was cleared in 2025, so the base projection is active; the channel-boundary trigger has not fired — channel_breakout(close beyond the upper parallel, 2-bar confirm) → None. A confirmed close above ~349 would be a throw-over of the Primary ③ channel.
Step 1 · Retracement grid of the last completed advance (Minor 3, 245.51 → 334.99): 0.146 = 321.93 · 0.236 = 313.87 · 0.382 = 300.81 · 0.5 = 290.25. Minor 4 bottomed at 319.35, between the 0.146 and 0.236 levels.
Step 2 · Base projection (active). 169.21 / 260.10, range 90.89: 1.382 = 294.82 met · 1.618 = 316.27 met · 2.0 = 350.99 open · 2.618 = 407.16 open.
Channel × Fibonacci confluence. The Intermediate (3) reconstructed channel (2-4 baseline 245.51 → 319.35, upper parallel through the 334.99 wave-3 peak; width 19.49, w3_steep = false → preferred upper line = via 3) crosses 350.99 between 6 and 16 August and 356.84 between 15 and 25 August 2026. Those two windows are the highest-confidence termination zone for Minor 5.

| Intermediate (4) | down | 309.90 – 325.61 | 14 Sep – 30 Oct 2026 | 0.236–0.382 forward grid of the projected 243.42 → 351.0 Intermediate (3); must hold above the Intermediate (1) top 288.62 (R3). |
| Intermediate (5) / completes Primary ③ | up | 389.14 – 407.16 | 16 Nov 2026 – 26 Feb 2027 | Primary ③ = 1.618 × Primary ① from 169.21 = 389.14; base-range 2.618 = 407.16; Primary ③ base-channel upper parallel ≈ 390 at year-end. |

Only one further trading session exists, so three of the four dated legs are necessarily still pending. Overall: 1 missed (provisional) · 3 pending · 0 invalidated; trigger and base projection carried forward unchanged.
| Leg (previous roadmap) | Projected zone | Projected window | Grade | Outcome |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Minor 4 (down) | 300.81 – 313.87 | 3 – 28 Aug 2026 | missed (provisional) | Minor 4 bottomed at 319.35 on 23 July — 5.48 pts (1.7%) above the top of the projected zone and 11 days before the window opened — then rallied 15.02 pts off that low to 334.37 on 24 July. Never invalidated (280.91 untouched). Provisional: under alternate B the zone could still be reached in August. |
| Minor 5 / completes Intermediate (3) (up) | 347.0 – 362.0 | 21 Sep – 23 Oct 2026 | pending | Window still in the future. Revised earlier and slightly lower to 342.52 – 356.84 over 7 Aug – 11 Sep, because Minor 4 ended shallower and sooner than projected. |
| Intermediate (4) (down) | 320.0 – 332.0 | 26 Oct – 20 Nov 2026 | pending | Revised to 309.90 – 325.61 over 14 Sep – 30 Oct. |

The previous forward grid (assuming a 305 → 352 Minor 5) is superseded: the leg now runs 319.35 → ~351, giving 338.91 / 335.18 / 331.44.
Current wave: Minor 5, Minor degree, up, from 319.35 on 23 July 2026 (1-hour stamp 09:30). Last print 333.07 on 24 July 2026 — 1.92 below the 334.99 all-time high. Every parent wave is a third that is still unfolding: Intermediate (3) of Primary ③ of Cycle III of Supercycle (V).

The gate (validate_count.py over the full nested tree against the daily file) returns valid: true — 13 pattern-rule, 19 subdivision and 15 pivot-extreme checks, zero failures, zero near-miss caveats. R1 / R2 / R3 all pass. Three items were returned pass: null for analyst resolution and are resolved below. Soft scores: guideline 0.678, fib 0.519, indicator 0.633; blended with the default 0.50 / 0.25 / 0.25 weights this gives a calibrated confidence of 0.627, with no caps applied (caps_applied: []) — every Intermediate-and-higher impulse in the tree carries a real, verified five-wave decomposition (subdivision_verified: true), the extension sits in wave 3 at every degree (extension_fragility → fragile: false), no leg is unverified, and the premature-termination test was run rather than assumed.
Alt B — Minor 4 unfinished (33%). The 319.35 low was only wave A of a larger Minor 4 flat or double three, and the 24 July surge is its wave B; wave C would carry down to 318.80–308.60 (1.0–1.65 × A) and into the 313.87 / 300.81 retracement band of Minor 3 during August before Minor 5 begins. The medium-term destination is unchanged, only the near-term direction reverses. It is invalidated on a daily close above 334.99. Evidence for it: the 24 July rally carried only 0.74× the 20-day average volume — a classic wave-B signature. Evidence against it: wave B of a flat must subdivide as a three, and the 23–24 July advance does not (c = 3.70 × a).

Monthly, weekly, daily and 1-hour all read up and all sit inside third waves of their respective degrees — the highest-alignment configuration this method produces, and the reason a bearish primary was never a candidate. Price is above SMA_50/100/200 on the daily and above SMA_50/200 on the 1-hour.
⚠ The one conflict is at the 30-minute layer. Minuette (iii) of Minor 5 topped at 334.37 on 24 July 12:00 and the last four half-hour bars drifted sideways with UO falling from 74.1 to 48.4 while RSI held near 70 — a short-term momentum divergence inside an otherwise strong advance. Resolution: this is a Minuette fourth wave inside Minor 5, not a reversal — it is one degree below the 1-hour Minor structure and cannot by itself overturn it. It does explain why price stalled just under 334.99 into the close, and it is exactly the kind of pause scenario B would need to convert into a wave-C decline. The discriminator is mechanical, not visual: a break below 319.35 hands the count to B; a close above 334.99 settles it for A.
